1. On-device translation

Nomad Translator is designed to process translation on-device after the required language pack has been downloaded. Text, photos, and voice input used for translation are not sent to our server as part of the core offline workflow.

2. Camera and microphone permissions

The app may request access to your camera and microphone so you can translate printed text from photos and speak phrases for translation. These permissions are used only for the requested feature.

3. Photo library access

The app may request access to your photo library so you can import saved images or screenshots for text extraction and translation.

4. No advertising profile

We do not use the app to build advertising profiles from your translation content.

5. Changes

This page may be updated from time to time to reflect product or policy changes. The latest version is always published here.
